Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This page describes what Viral View collects, why it is needed, how AI jobs are processed, where data lives, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Viral View, operated by Jon Mac, collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use app.viralview.io, Viral View account features, and related support channels.

Viral View is a paid AI creative workflow app for analyzing source videos, rewriting scripts, remaking frames, generating video clips, editing assets, and exporting ad-style media.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: the email address or Google account identity you use to sign in, such as your email address, name, profile image if provided by Google, one-time code authentication status, and account authentication status.

Subscription data: paid access status, checkout or entitlement signals, subscription identifiers, and related metadata received from FanBasis.

Project data: project names, product details, product page URLs, source video URLs, workflow settings, scene boundaries, scene descriptions, transcripts, scripts, dialogue, prompts, generation settings, saved selections, and edit history.

Uploaded and generated media: source videos, extracted frames, product images, character references, generated character candidates, remade frames, generated video clips, overlays, exports, and related metadata such as file type, size, timestamps, and storage path.

API key data: each user must save their own Kie.ai API key. Viral View stores the key encrypted server-side and uses it only to run AI requests that user starts. Viral View does not share one global Kie.ai key across users.

Usage and security data: IP address, browser and device information, request metadata, rate-limit events, upload records, error events, abuse-prevention signals, and logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Support data: messages, screenshots, bug reports, and other information you send when asking for help.

3. Information From Third Parties

Google provides sign-in data when you choose Google authentication. Transactional email infrastructure delivers one-time sign-in codes when you choose email authentication.

FanBasis provides subscription and paid-access information so Viral View can confirm whether your account is allowed to use the app.

Kie.ai and underlying AI model providers return task status, generated outputs, usage responses, and provider error messages for jobs you start.

Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, security, and infrastructure signals used to serve and protect the app.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate accounts, verify paid access, save and restore projects, process uploads, run AI generation tasks, create exports, provide support, troubleshoot bugs, improve reliability, prevent abuse, enforce limits, protect the app, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified operational information to understand feature reliability, usage patterns, and system performance.

Viral View does not use your project media, prompts, Kie.ai API key, or generated outputs to train a Viral View-owned AI model.

5. AI Processing And Media Handling

When you start an AI task, Viral View may send the media, prompts, transcripts, product information, reference images, and settings needed for that task to Kie.ai or the AI providers made available through Kie.ai.

Those providers process the submitted content to perform the requested generation, analysis, editing, or status check. Their own terms, limits, safety rules, retention practices, and availability can affect the result.

Do not upload confidential, sensitive, unlicensed proprietary, biometric, illegal, or rights-restricted material unless you have the authority and consent required to use it in an AI workflow.

6. How We Share Information

Service providers: Cloudflare for application hosting, D1 database storage, R2 media storage, Workers, queues, email delivery, and security; Google for optional authentication; FanBasis for paid access; Kie.ai and related model providers for AI generation and analysis; and support or security tools used to operate the service.

Legal and safety: we may disclose information if needed to comply with law, enforce terms, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, protect Viral View, or respond to lawful requests.

Business changes: if Viral View is involved in a sale, merger, financing, reorganization, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your direction: when you export, download, share, or submit content to a third-party service, that service handles the content under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Storage Location

Viral View stores application data in Cloudflare D1 and uploaded or generated media in Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare infrastructure and third-party providers may process information in the United States, Canada, or other countries where they operate.

By using Viral View, you understand that your information may be processed outside your state, province, or country, where privacy laws may differ from your local laws.

8. Retention And Deletion

Project data and media are generally kept while your account is active or until you delete them, replace them, or request deletion.

Deleted content may remain briefly in backups, logs, queues, caches, or provider systems before removal is completed. Some billing, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained longer when needed.

You can request account or project deletion through the support channel inside Viral View. Deletion requests are handled after verifying account ownership.

9. Your Choices And Rights

You can review and update project information inside the app. You can replace or delete your saved Kie.ai API key in Settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to appeal a privacy request decision.

To make a privacy request, contact Jon Mac through the support channel inside Viral View. Some requests may require identity verification.

10. Cookies And Sessions

Viral View uses cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, paid access, session security, abuse prevention, and app operation.

If you block cookies, the app may not be able to keep you signed in or restore your paid session correctly.

Viral View sets a first-party visitor id cookie on this site for referral attribution. It holds a random identifier that is stored with technical request data (IP address, browser, and the page you arrived from) and is not linked to an account unless you sign in.

Ads measurement on this site may send page, checkout, and purchase events so we can measure advertising campaigns.

We also store a hash of screen size, pixel density, language, and time zone so a phone and a laptop on the same network are not treated as one person.

11. Security

Viral View uses technical and organizational safeguards such as encrypted server-side API key storage, access checks, upload ownership checks, rate limits, security headers, and protected media routes.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for protecting your email account, Google account if used, Kie.ai account, and any exported files you download or share.

12. Children

Viral View is not intended for users under 18. Do not use the service to upload, generate, edit, or distribute sexual, exploitative, harmful, or unlawful content involving minors.

13. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app, providers, laws, or business needs change. The updated date above shows when the page was last changed.

Your continued use of Viral View after an update means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.

14. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact Jon Mac through the support channel inside Viral View.
